Southern Raised

I am trying to do a better job keeping everyone up to date with what we are doing!……so here is another studio post!:)  It has been alot of hard work and very long hours…..but the end result is so exciting and I am so grateful we can be here and do this together!!!

Matthew couldn't quite get that vocal...sooo....we had him drop and do ten!....just kidding!:)

There are certainly times here in the studio that are tough…..laying the same part over and over……striving for that perfect tone or inflection, but it is so good to remember that it will be worth it for sure!  Winston Churchill was once asked to give a commencement address and as he stood up before the crowd all that was uttered from his mouth in a firm tone was,” never quit!”  He then went and sat down.  They say that was probably the shortest commencement address in history.

That is probably true, but what a powerful thought!!!  Keep on keeping on, even when it may be a little tough.

Sarah doing a peppermint oil advertisement!!!......it cures just about everything in the studio!

Recording a CD is one of those great experiences where you go through all the practice sessions, redos, try and try and try BUT in the end there is something so exciting about putting the end result in a CD player and knowing it was all worth it………praying that somehow the Lord will use those efforts to touch a heart or life somewhere.
